Currently P&F HUB give service to Power Transformers, Insulation and Components and Distribution Transformers. Mission Statement: To work very closely with the designated factories (6 at the same time), reinforcing maturity in processes for Planning and Fulfillment, currently the business is pushing to increase the maturity level in the Sales and Operations Planning process. On site support would be needed. Roles and responsibilities : Consistent support and review of unconstrained demand plan and finished goods rationalization in closecoordination with relevant functions. Measure, report and drive improvement ofdemand planning accuracy; And coherence in the graph Load vs. Capacity; To facilitateswith the local team the demand review meetings; Ensuring that it is coherent with the guideline process of S&OP process; To review and validate the operations and management meetings that are part of the S&OP cycle process and work with the internal team of the factories to improve them; To work and engage very closely with the P&F structures in the locations assigned to clean roles and responsibilities and empower communication synergies among the value chain; To support, reinforce and mature the full processing of all received orders, monitors their level of progress andperforms final price calculations and invoicing; To ensure that P&F is delivering the proper revenue forecast; To ensure thatthe factories assigned have a process and a control about upcoming expeditions and submits the necessary documentsto customs control; To detect and train the P&F local team in management information and proactive communication to be able to respond in the most diplomatic way to customer requests concerningcurrent orders; To walk with the P&F team among their processes to ensure that the factories are moving to firefighting to preventive; To be an agentof control when crisis situations are in place, implementing countermeasures to control the situation and orienting the solution through the proper root cause to do not fight the same opportunity twice.
