Join Our Team as a Demand Planner in Barcelona!

As a Demand Planner, your main goal will be to manage precise demand forecasting of merchandise and leverage cross-functional collaboration to meet the sales and inventory objectives of the region.
Key Responsibilities Forecast and maintain regional demand by SKU in SAP IBP on a monthly basis.
Report and analyze forecast KPIs based on historical sales trends, demand drivers, and the root causes of forecast bias and variations.
Collaborate cross-functionally to input risks/opportunities into the regional commercial planning process, ensuring the demand planning perspective is integrated into the sales plan.
Provide inputs for quarterly newness launches, monitor trends, and analyze performance to support volume drivers and quickly discontinue slow performers.
Work with global planning teams (demand & supply) to enhance supply chain process efficiency.
Partner with other departments (merchants, marketing, commercial, finance, etc.) to advocate for demand planning interests.
Support the quarterly line planning process, contribute to creating/maintaining a high-productive assortment, and recommend actions to achieve regional assortment size targets.
Assist with inventory clean-up, flag slow sellers, lobby for commercial actions to deplete overstock, and support the write-off process for dead stock in main warehouses.
Capabilities Ideally over 3 years of experience in supply chain, preferably in demand planning.
Proficient in IT skills, especially Excel.
SAP R3 & IBP knowledge preferred.
Excellent operational and communication skills.
Proactive, self-motivated, and eager to learn.
Experience in a multicultural environment and the ability to navigate a complex, fast-changing business landscape.
Ideally, a bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related studies.
Fluent in English, both verbal and written; additional languages are a plus.
