Join us as a Founder of our 'new' Sandoz!As Demand Planner in Sandoz Iberia, you will analyse market assumptions and system proposals for providing the best sales forecast possible, being able to project sales based on business strategy and to reach the desired level of forecast accuracy. To manage the demand of finished goods according to the sales forecast, considering quantities and availability date in the warehouse, order policy, Customer service level and Inventory targets defined. This means the control of Inventory and purchase order management, follow up of the deliveries and reception of goods in the warehouse.Your key responsibilities will be:Responsible for statistical forecast for the products under their responsibility, combining the use of powerful artificial intelligence tools with statistical analysis and business insights.Consolidate and challenge next 36m demand signal (vs last Y, trend difference between YTD-YTG, launch impact...)Proactive participation in Forecast Review meeting as part of SBP process. Scenario planning for opportunities and risks.Track and translate the sales forecasts and projected inventory levels into delivery schedules.Create a valid and realistic Master Schedule Plan, define the purchase program and communicate in time open orders and net requirements in order to attend the sales forecast, agreed stock levels and Customer service, stock management, fulfilment and inventory control (coverage, slow movers, etc).Manage with the suppliers the suitable actions to ensure that there is no stockout and overstock, monitoring and reporting supplier performance.Member of the product transfer committee develops all the actions to fulfil the product transfer plan, with the lowest Woff level possible and no stockouts.What you'll bring to the role:Proven experience as Demand planner in Pharma environment.Strong analytical skills.Influencing and stakeholder management abilities.Fluent English & Spanish.Strong command of Excel: formulas, macros, pivot tables.Experience working with SAP APO and BW.Knowledge of Qlik and Alteryx highly desirable.You'll receive:Competitive compensation, including benefits.Flexible working, learning and development opportunities as well.Why Sandoz?Generic and Biosimilar medicines are the backbone of the global medicines industry.
