We're seeking a talented Demand Planner Supply Chain Initiative Coordinator to join our Supply Chain team in Madrid.You'll play a crucial role in ensuring our supply chain responds effectively to market demands and being a key partner in the execution of initiatives for Iberia.This role offers many excellent benefits for you including annual bonuses, hybrid way of working, end to end view of Supply Chain process, as part of a European Team, which comes with the great opportunity to own your career path and grow inside the organization.A Taste of What You'll Be DoingForecast estimation: Prepare accurate demand forecasts by analyzing historical data, incorporating cross-functional insights, and presenting well-founded reasons for your predictions.Daily Forecast Updates: Update forecasting signals in our system based on available information (historical data, sales insights, etc.)Collaboration and Alignment: Coordinate meetings, challenge assumptions, and propose aligned forecasting strategies.Results Driven Approach: Manage stock levels, mitigate risks, act decisively to improve KPIs, and proactively communicate within cross-functional Sales & Operations Planning (S&OP) team.Act as a center of excellence: Collaborate with multifunctional teams to ensure SKU initiative submissions, enhance process visibility, and look for continuous improvement.We're Looking for Someone WithA bachelor's degree in a quantitative field (Statistical, Business, Supply Chain, or related).Experience in Demand Planning and S&OP process, including best practices, technologies, processes, procedures, and tools.Experience in a multifunctional and international team environment.The ability to handle ERP systems (e.G.
