A Taste of What You'll Be Doing
Forecast estimation - Prepare accurate demand forecasts by analyzing historical data, incorporating cross-functional insights, and presenting well-founded reasons for your predictions.
Daily Forecast Updates - Update forecasting signals in our system based on available information (historical data, sales insights, etc.)
Collaboration and Alignment - Coordinate meetings, challenge assumptions, and propose aligned forecasting strategies.
Results Driven Approach - Manage stock levels, mitigate risks, act decisively to improve KPIs, and proactively communicate within cross-functional Sales & Operations Planning (S&OP) team.
Act as a center of excellence - Collaborate with multifunctional teams to ensure SKU initiative submissions, enhance process visibility, and look for continuous improvement.
We're Looking for Someone With
A bachelor's degree in a quantitative field (Statistical, Business, Supply Chain, or related)
Experience in Demand Planning and S&OP process, including best practices, technologies, processes, procedures, and tools
Experience in a multifunctional and international team environment
The ability to handle ERP systems (e.g. SAP, APO) and Microsoft Excel
Fluency in Spanish and English
