As Demand Planner you will be responsible for leading the demand review and demand sign off, finding a consensus, and generating an unbiased forecast with the aim of optimizing accuracy, customer service levels, and inventories for the EMEA Region. The role offers great visibility and requires collaboration with key stakeholders within global, regional, and local teams.

Your key responsibilities:Ensure the global demand process including sign off is aligned with the overall IBP consensus to deliver value at the P&L and service level.Lead a transformational project to improve business integration, efficiency & cost.Coach the step change in the demand community (DP, CX, and sales).Optimize demand process and maintain strong collaboration with the business and operations community, which are viewed as value adding allowing for decision-making in supply planning and S&OP.Ensure all forecast intelligence and promotional information are used in the demand process and work closely with key clients to capture the most realistic demand.Understand the root cause of the inefficiencies in the forecasting process and review the biggest forecast deviations vs budget, vs market trends, and vs LE to improve bias and accuracy.Participate in all the committees where decisions are taken about new products, new adoptions, and discontinuations, ensuring a good understanding of volumes and dates.We bring:An eagerness to be one team and learn from each other to bring progress to life and create a better future.A flexible work environment that empowers people to take accountability for their work and own the outcome.Barrier-free communities within our organization where every employee is equally valued and respected – regardless of their background, beliefs, or identity.A rich history and a promising future of bold scientific innovation and passionate creation with our customers.The opportunity to work for a company where sustainability is much more than a claim and is core to our strategy and purpose.You bring:Engineering Degree or B.A. / B.S. degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain, or Management Information.3 years of experience in demand planning; statistical modeling is a plus.Ability to lead and influence others to move towards consensus.Ability to manage and meet deadlines while multitasking activities.Strong analytical, organizational, and presentation skills.Highly skilled in communication and teamwork.High knowledge of SAP, Kinaxis, Excel, and best fit modeling.Advanced English level.Our recruitment processAre you interested in this role?
