Demand PlannerLocation: AMET, Barcelona, SpainOn siteAs Demand Planner, you will be responsible for leading the demand review and demand sign off, finding a consensus, and generating an unbiased forecast with the aim of optimizing accuracy, customer service levels, and inventories for the EMEA Region. The role offers great visibility and requires collaboration with key stakeholders within global, regional, and local teams.Your Key ResponsibilitiesEnsure the global demand process, including sign off, is aligned with the overall IBP consensus to deliver value at the P&L and service level.Lead a transformational project to improve business integration, efficiency & cost.Coach the step change in the demand community (DP, CX, and sales).Optimize the demand process and maintain strong collaboration with the business and operations community which are viewed as value-adding, allowing for decision-making in supply planning and S&OP.Ensure all forecast intelligence and promotional information are used in the demand process and work closely with key clients to capture the most realistic demand.Understand the root cause of the inefficiencies in the forecasting process and review biggest forecast deviations vs budget, vs market trends and vs LE; improve bias and accuracy.Participate in all the committees where decisions are taken about new products, new adoptions, and discontinuations, ensuring a good understanding of volumes and dates.You BringEngineering Degree or B.A. / B.S. degree in business administration, supply chain, or management information.3 years of experience in demand planning; statistical modeling a plus.Ability to lead and influence others to move towards consensus.Ability to manage and meet deadlines and multi-task activities.Abilities of analysis, organization, and presentation required.Need to be highly skilled in communication and teamwork.High knowledge of SAP, Kinaxis, Excel, and best-fit model.Advanced English level.Our Recruitment ProcessAre you interested in this role?
