Key responsibilities
The Demand Manager role is critical to the success of Assistance initiatives, as it ensures the prioritization and planning of demands, along with the optimization of business benefits of planned investments. Also, it has the opportunity to help shape the global investment view, and is expected to work closely with multiple stakeholders all over the company (Line of business, Global and local Business stakeholders, IT delivery team, etc.)
The Demand Manager enables the Allianz Partners Line of Business (LoB) strategy through the identification, analysis and preparation of requirements. Besides that, it is responsible for supporting the LoB in evolving the pipeline and supporting the parallel harmonization and redesign of products and processes.
Through this role, you will focus mainly on the below activities:
Support, implement and maintain demand management strategy, policies and tools.Facilitate the LoB through the prioritization of the annual IT change initiatives through QBR process. Works closely with the LoB and the broader CTO area to ensure quick decision making.Support in steering the PD and PIC processes.Manage demand management processes across the suppliers and business units in their respective regions by coordinating and correlating inputs to maximize synergies and reduce costs.Ensure LoB portfolio aligns to PPM processes and governance, with Business case and financial and benefits signed off.Track the budget planning and consumption.Ensure the requirements are ready to enable effective delivery of agreed changes in alignment with the Business & IT strategy.Support the LOB through the facilitation of high-level design and estimation of business demands. Working with the business to ensure translation of LOB strategy into a change roadmap.What you bring Experience in Assistance processes, RSA experience is a plus.Ability to challenge and validate the demands.Good knowledge on ABS and other similar systems.JIRA knowledge is a plus.Good communication skills, team player and problem solver.Being able to work pro-actively, taking responsibility of the designated scope and contributing to the enhancement of the processes.Good English skills.What we offer
