IRC225204 – DEMAND & DELIVERY SPECIALIST ICT At Eni, we are looking for a Demand & Delivery Specialist ICT within Plenitude Iberia in Santander, Spain. You will be responsible for coordinating the activities of the various system integrators, both to coordinate developments to ensure that they are compatible with each other, and to coordinate the integrated testing and production release phases.

As a member of the ICT Department at Plenitude Iberia you will be responsible for: Managing and prioritizing application evolution requests. Collaborating with business departments to manage the prioritization of requests, coordinate user testing prior to production deployment and generally ensure that expectations are met in terms of both timing and functionality. Planning and managing project initiatives. Overseeing the activities of system integrators, both by certifying technical analysis and by monitoring and ensuring software quality and timelines. Working with operations to take charge of evolutionary interventions to remedy problems in production, as well as to transfer knowledge of new requirements going into production. Support the ICT department, reporting directly to the IT Manager, and collaborating with line colleagues in charge of running the applications themselves. Be the main point of contact in the delivery management unit for all activities related to applications that support business processes (ICT).
