This role is responsible for building pipeline for the EMEA sales organization through inbound lead qualification and outbound prospecting.Here's how you'll be making an impact:- Provide 1:1 coaching with the BDRs to maximize the conversion of our inbound leads and drive our outbound prospecting activities to a best in class for the industry.- Coordinate enablement efforts and teams for effective rollout of new tools and processes.- Hire and enable new employees.- Team performance management.- Communicate future plans and past performance to key stakeholders (Marketing and Sales).- Implementation and execution of initiatives to support our global, strategic projects.- Coordinate with our operations team to support the successful development and rollout of new process and technologies.We're looking for a teammate with:- Experience working with the DACH, Italian and Eastern European markets.- Minimum of 2 years team management experience.- 5 years of experience in Sales and/or Business Development; preferably with software companies with proven track record of facilitating sales and pipeline growth.- Mentoring, performance development, onboarding experience.- Excellent written, oral and listening skills required and an ability to collaborate.- Excellent interpersonal and relationship building skills required.- Excellent time management, multi-tasking and organizational skills required.- Demonstrated ability to be proactive and take initiative to get things done.- Thrive in a fast paced, rapid growth environment.- Ability to organize and manage multiple priorities.- Highly competent IT & system skills.- Knowledge of and experience with Salesforce.- Understanding of Software businesses.- Experience of working in cloud vendors.- Experience of working in matrix structure and work with multiple stakeholders.- Understanding of channel business.- University degree.- Advanced level of German is preferred
