Demand and Supply Planner

As Demand & Supply Planner, you will report directly to the Head of Global S&OP and be overall accountable for increasing the level of customer service through on-time deliveries in appropriate quantity and quality, while reducing costs resulting from over or out of stock and active participation in the S&OP process.
Responsibilities:Expert for demand, capacity and material planningBalance demand with supply to secure product availability for a given product familyAddress capacity issues and production location decisionsActive contribution to the S&OP process to ensure its effectiveness, including but not limited to creating feedback to the organization, animating monthly feedback to stakeholders, developing risk mitigation plans, and communicating trends of demand to internal and external stakeholdersBe close to Product Life Cycle Management for phase in/out/EOL readinessGet an overview of complete demand based on orders, forecast and requirements in cooperation with Sales, Product Management, Regions for a given family of product(s)Partner with production planners to ensure execution of the production plans and support the resolution of supply issuesFacilitate prioritization for manufacturing and procurement, define escalation processes for fulfillment of POPlan, schedule, and coordinate materials availability to assist production developed schedulesResearch business issues to define risks and opportunitiesSupport bidding for customers' projectsEffectively respond to demand plan and operational variationsReduce inventory and out-of-stock levels and eliminate obsolete stockS&OP:Prepare the data, information, and scenarios required for the S&OP Meeting in the right quality and at the right timePrepare the necessary reports and Master Plan in the right quality at the right timePrepare and manage meetings with Sales and Production Teams as part of the S&OP processMonitor customer service levels in terms of on-time complete deliveries, forecast accuracy, overall equipment effectiveness, and inventory levelsSubmit ideas for improvementsRequirements:At least 3 years of experience in supply and/or production planning in a company with an international reachExcellent knowledge of ExcelS&OP process knowledgeINFOR Planning Module / SAP APO knowledgeGood oral and written communication in English and SpanishStrong organizational skills from both administrative and hands-on standpointsAbility to work with data and information under time pressureHighly developed analytical and communication skillsOur Offer:Permanent roleHybrid working model (3 days of remote work/week)30 business days of annual leaveFlexible remuneration planAn interesting full-time position within a globally renowned family-owned companyChallenging limits of mobility for a healthy world without congestionSpace for creating innovative solutions and ideas for our fast-growing markets
