DELMIA, as part of DS, is looking for an experienced INDUSTRY PROCESS CONSULTANT to join the Service department where you will create, deliver, and deploy world-class software solutions for our customers in manufacturing and supply chain in a variety of industries.

Missions
The Industry Process Consultant's mission is to reveal and demonstrate to customers how to maximize the value of the Industry Process portfolio by applying the Value Engagement framework.
Through IFWE Loop, he/she drives customers to address their business transformation by re-engineering their processes, leveraging DELMIA Quintiq solution Industry Processes.
Masters DELMIA Quintiq solution usage and value through Industry Processes. He/she understands how the products fulfill the business needs
The Industry Process Consultant contributes to increasing the deal size, accelerate deal signature and secures successful go-live
Able to articulate the overall DELMIA solution platform value
Contributes to the execution of the Value Engagement activities and deliverables, according to the different phases, with a specific focus on gate reviews
Can articulate value, based on identified KPIs and KVIs, using storylines based on the Customer Value Model and adapting them to the audience, whether it is a User, a Process Owner or a Business Owner
The Industry Process Consultant:
closely collaborates with the DS internal ecosystem
maintains best in class level of expertise
capitalizes on-field activities
provides feedback loop from customer use cases
supports the Solution enablement of their Partners and Sales Ecosystem.
maximizes the usage of the DELMIA Quintiq solution for interaction with the customer and DS ecosystem
Challenges
Understand and translate customer requirements into use cases and functional/technical specifications
Solve customers' puzzles, analyze business processes and ensure functional feasibility with aligned architectures
Formulate value-driven recommendations based on Dassault Systemes' out of the box solutions with potential configuration
Ensure functional alignment within internal and external teams
Secure functional quality and usability of the proposed solutions
Deliver solution demonstrations to our customers
Capitalize on knowledge, processes and task to ensure reusability
Qualifications
Engineering degree or equivalent
Business consultant skills for IT solutions, translating business requirements into technical solutions, passion for technology and IT background (educational and/or professional experience)
Excellent communication skills, team player, innovative, enthusiastic, proactive, flexible mindset
Rapid adoption of new knowledge, practices and processes
Natural strong customer focus and problem-solving oriented
Fluent in English is mandatory
Willingness to travel to customer facilities
Object oriented programming background is desired
Particular challenges
Relevant experience (number of years) in supply chain IT landscape will be valuable
Italian skills are strongly desired
German and/or French are welcomed
