If so, let's talk.Your Role and ResponsibilitiesDelivery Project Managers lead a team of technical experts to ensure the formulation, development, and implementation of projects meet and exceed the client's business objectives. They work closely with client stakeholders and the IBM team to meet the overall integrated solution plan, budget, schedule, and staffing requirements while exceeding client's expectations.Creating and executing project management plans including, scope and change controls, communication plans with stakeholder meetings, status reporting and project health metrics, and deliverables management with time and financial controls.Cultivating teamwork and problem-solving while working under delivery expectations and deadlines.Being able to motivate, be realistic, assertive, decisive, enthusiastic, supportive and always in pursuit of excellence.Work closely with clients, Partners and the IBM team to meet the overall integrated solution.Navigating across venues to resolve issues, developing and documenting risk mitigation strategies and provide project direction that quickly builds credibility and influences as a trusted advisor.Driving client satisfaction and ensuring project completion on time and budget as per the Statement of Work.Report and strategize solutions for managing project metrics including project health, financials-costs, revenue, and gross profit, team productivity, and client satisfaction.Required Technical and Professional ExpertiseA proven track record of project delivery disciplines and frameworks using agile best practices to successfully deliver in a way that's both nimble and fast. Demonstrable success in communication and personal relationship development at all levels – from engineers to CIOs – with experience of navigating challenging debate to reach healthy resolutions. Strong collaboration and communication skills as you work across the client, partner, and IBM team. Project or program certifications including but not limited to PMP, CMMI, Scrum Master or Agile Project Management. Experience working with a broad spectrum of technology solutions. Fluency in English. Enthusiasm for learning new technologies and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
