Join us in creating a transformative and dynamic ecosystem that propels the industry forward!MISSIONWe are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Global PMO Manager to join our dynamic team within the OpenGateway Global Delivery Area. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring the successful execution of key projects within our Business Units (in Spain, Germany, Brasil, UK, Hispam) and will play a critical role in overseeing project delivery, governance, and reporting. You will also collaborate in the integration with relevant partners worldwide, that are joining to the OpenGateway Initiative.As part of the PMO team in the Delivery Global Area, the PMO Manager will be instrumental in managing complex, multi-regional initiatives, aligning project objectives with the strategic goals of the organization, and ensuring that all projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget.MAIN DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIESProject Governance & Coordination: Develop and maintain project governance frameworks to ensure consistency across multiple business units.Project Planning Execution & Follow-up: Work closely with Delivery Managers, OB Product Managers, Product Managers, OB PMOs and GBUs Project Managers to ensure the efficient and effective execution of multiple projects.Stakeholder Communication: Act as a liaison between business units, internal Telefónica Units and external stakeholders, ensuring smooth collaboration and timely reporting.Risk Management: Provide e2e vision of the project to identify, assess, and manage project risks and issues, ensuring escalation when necessary.Project Performance Monitoring: Track project progress, ensuring KPIs, milestones, and deliverables are met.
