The OpportunityTo monitor and manage proactively the issues at any point of the Logistics Process to achieve the objectives in terms of Logistics care, Service and Cost. What you'll get to do• Global Monitor the Delivery/Transport status from generation until POD Confirmation in order to maximize the Service Level (OTIF).
• Review and solve the Front Office Requests, giving instructions to Logistic Operators and Logistic teams.
• Report and follow-up KPIs of the area.
• Carry out a weekly forecast of the warehouse activity (inbound, outbound and preparation) to allocate the necessary resources/capacities.
• Prioritize and coordinate the work load of HQ Warehouses.
• Give support to CS when needed.
• Manage urgent orders proposing alternatives according to transport and warehouse processes.
• Manage customer calendars, monitoring the performance of coverage and fulfillment, and looking for new opportunities checking current customers.
• Continuously improve on existing processes & tools based on detected issues and internal best practices.
• Follow up transfer stock, in order to plan deliveries on the correct warehouse.
• Manage requests from Stock Allocation to recover cancelled orders.
• Plan orders in advance, in order to distribute the workload in the LOs, taking into account the stock availability, priority of customers and delivery dates.
• Plan and prioritize customer orders and warehouse resources when the contingency plan alerts are activated.
• Monitor warehouse activity and the correct flow of all delivery information in the warehouse.
• Stock analyst. We'd love to meet you if you haveExperience: 3 years in Logistics and 1 year in similar position.Education: Business Administration or Engineering.Languages: Spanish (Native) and English (Fluent).Competencies: Service and efficiency orientation.
