Key Responsibilities:
Develop detailed project plans, outlining timelines, milestones, and resource allocation.
Monitor and track project progress, ensuring milestones are achieved on time and within budget.
Identify and mitigate risks that may impact project delivery.
Lead and motivate project teams, fostering collaboration and a productive work environment.
Allocate tasks and responsibilities to team members, ensuring efficient use of skills and resources.
Provide regular feedback and support to team members, promoting professional growth.
Serve as the primary point of contact for all project-related communications with stakeholders.
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring their needs and expectations are met.
Conduct regular status meetings with stakeholders to provide project updates and manage changes.
Ensure all project deliverables meet quality standards and comply with organizational policies.
Implement and monitor quality control processes for successful project delivery.
Continuously evaluate and improve delivery processes for enhanced efficiency and effectiveness.
Implement best practices and methodologies to optimize resource utilization and streamline project delivery.
Manage project budgets to ensure cost-effectiveness and adherence to financial constraints.
Prepare and present detailed project reports for stakeholders and senior management.

Supervise the operational aspects of the project as required.
Ensure seamless integration and effective use of Jira across all team members.

Adapt and refine agile methodologies to suit the projects requirements and team dynamics.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Project Management, Information Technology, or a related field (Master's degree is a plus).
Proven experience as a Delivery Manager, Project Manager, or in a similar role.
Experience managing complex projects with cross-functional teams.
Strong leadership and team management skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
Proficiency in project management tools, particularly Jira.
Solid understanding of project management methodologies (Agile, Scrum, Waterfall).
Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet tight deadlines.
Project Management Professional (PMP), Certified ScrumMaster (CSM), or similar certification preferred.
Expertise in Jira with a proven track record of managing projects using the tool.
Agile certification and extensive experience with agile methodologies are essential.
