What You Will Do You will be responsible for ensuring our partners have a seamless experience while implementing our products and solutions, maintaining high-quality integrations. Working closely with our partners and Klarna's product and engineering teams, you will gain in-depth knowledge about the e-commerce and payments industry and the underlying system and vendor landscape, making you an important source of feedback on Klarna's products.
As part of a Delivery/Implementation team, you will:
Support the management of multiple partners and concurrent projects.
Maintain integrations and troubleshoot issues, providing operational support when required.
Collaborate with internal teams to define the overall solution and scope of our partner integrations.
Drive priorities for the development team in alignment with solution design and scope.
Understand Klarna products' architecture and design to support successful integrations.
Ensure Klarna quality standards are exceeded for our partner integrations.
Manage reported issues and coordinate solutions for these integrations.
Set standards and processes around best practices for our partner integrations.
Provide internal training, documentation, and knowledge sharing on partner systems and how to leverage these integrations effectively.
Communicate with our distribution partners via messaging, phone, video call, email, and onsite during workshops and demos.
Use Klarna tools to communicate and coordinate across many teams.
Who You Are
3+ years of software solutioning experience or system integration experience.
Proven track record of building solutions and getting things done with a structured and analytical approach.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Familiarity with e-commerce shop systems or payment systems, specifically platforms and plugins.
Self-motivated individual who takes ownership and drives solutions.

Confidence and humility when handling client situations based on facts.
Attention to detail to structure larger projects into deliverables.
Genuine curiosity and strong technical understanding.
