JOIN THE TEAMAn IT Delivery Lead is responsible for overseeing and managing the delivery of technology projects within an organization. This includes managing project timelines, budgets, resources, and ensuring that projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the satisfaction of stakeholders. The IT Delivery Lead will be responsible for overseeing the end-to-end delivery of IT projects related to Salesforce CRM and Service Cloud, ensuring that solutions meet client needs while aligning with business objectives. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in project management, technical expertise in Salesforce platforms, and a deep understanding of customer service workflows. This role requires excellent leadership skills, the ability to manage cross-functional teams, and a commitment to delivering high-quality solutions on time and within budget.
