The Role We are on the hunt for a Delivery Lead, to help us in our mission to grow our flagship product in a highly competitive market.
This position is remote working style from one of our entity locations in Malta, Spain or Portugal. What You'll Be Doing As a Delivery Lead, you will take ownership and accountability for one of our core squads focused on product growth, ensuring all delivery-related components are properly managed. You'll use your experience to quickly make an impact by building relationships and fostering collaboration, whilst navigating the squad on the next phase of their agile transformation journey.
Your key responsibilities Regularly update on progress, keeping all key stakeholders informed and maintaining a strong two-way communication loop between business and delivery teams.Collaborate with your squad on ways of working, frameworks, tools and practices to build capability to define, influence and achieve shared goals.Build trusting relationships with those around you to create aligned delivery plans, meeting stakeholder and user needs.Hold context and accountability within the groups you work, ensuring those around you are focused and tenacious.Look through ambiguity and implement processes that impact product teams, the business and the wider Delivery team.Encourage and champion Blexr values and behaviours, being seen to incorporate these into your and others work.An organized individual with a strong project management background, who can handle multiple tasks simultaneously and meet deadlines.A self-starter who can get up to speed quickly with current Squad Ways of Working and seek opportunities to improve processes and operational efficiency.A data-driven individual who is comfortable using delivery metrics to help make informed decisions for the delivery of their squad.A strong collaborator who is used to operating in a cross-functional team for example with SEO, Content, UX, Product & Tech.An experienced agile evangelist who has taken one or more squads through the journey of agile maturity.A confident story teller who can keep things simple, maintain alignment and manage expectations.An individual who is comfortable operating within tools such as Notion, Jira, Miro or similar with minimal guidance.It would be a bonus if you… Have experience working in, or an understanding of, the iGaming affiliate marketing spaceWhat's in it for you?
