After the transaction closes, this position will be aligned to the new Payroll & Professional Services owned by HIG Capital ('Divested Group'). Alight Pay is a product roadmap innovation to create our own IP payroll engine.
The Delivery Expert is responsible for running the payroll processing in the day to day BAU environment. The Delivery Expert is the first point of contact for any client requests and works with the Payroll Country Owner (PCO) to provide customer service, while following the country standards.
The DE is also involved in the activation phase, which includes participation in client workshops, testing activity and any support the PCO may need during this phase.
