The DC is responsible for delivering all OE / 3rd Party or CC / 3rd Party delivery according to the set processes and business procedures. The DC works continuously to improve quality and high-level customer satisfaction. The successful candidate will be fluent in both English & Spanish.Main Objectives: Ensuring that events are taken over, risks are identified and shortcomings are resolved; Ensure that on the start date all events start smoothly without disruption; Ensuring that during the event, disruptions are resolved quickly and appropriately; Ensuring that all events delivered are completed according to the specified instructions.Key Areas of Responsibility: Ensuring that events are checked on takeover for: Confirmation, Marked Guaranteed Delivery, Centre is matched to Booking Type (Virtual or Venue), Provisional Bookings, Resource Type Room, Resource Type Trainer, Resource Type Equipment, End of Course Evaluation available, Risk Determination (Flag).Ensuring that, especially for Closed Courses (CC), there is final coordination with the client. Possibly carrying out (or having carried out) a Quality Check.Effectively ensure that an event has started smoothly by checking: Trainer is onsite/online, Participants are present (participants and/or virtual), Technical problems, Access to course materials and labs, Available learning resources.To ensure appropriate monitoring of delivery, including resolving issues (where possible) or escalating where needed, in-class feedback from attendees, reminder to instructors and delegates for MTM / Qualtrics.Ensuring that at the end of all events: All delegates have completed a Student End of Course Evaluation, Trainers have completed an Instructor End of Course Evaluation, Incidents and complaints are followed up or passed on, Have a fully completed attendance list, Delegates receive an Attendance Certificate/Letter, Delegates redeem an End of Course Achievement Badge (Microsoft), Points for improvement are discussed in the appropriate weekly meetings.Coordinate training for public sector projects: Ensuring that the objectives set by the public organization are met.Preparation of documentation for the start, follow-up and end of the courses.Scheduling training sessions to achieve project objectives.Purchase and reservation of manuals and laboratories.Management of certification vouchers.Issue specific attendance certificates.Assist the Sales Department in the preparation of bids for tenders and grants.Collecting and submitting all the documentation required by the administrations within their platforms.#J-18808-Ljbffr
