Deckhand

We are a very successful dual season charter vessel looking for an experienced deckhand to join our team.
Start date around the 1st week of Nov Vessel is currently conducting maintenance in Vilanova, and will then cross to Barbados for the Christmas charter, then base out of Antigua for the remaining charter season.
The ideal candidate will be a self-motivated, hands-on team player who has come from a watersports or sailing background.
Must be skilled in handling both outboard and jet tenders, and will be versed in watersports operations catered to all levels and ages of charter guests.
If we had a pro wakeboarder as a charter guest, would you be the deckhand taking them out for a morning wakeboard session and then transition into delivering watersports to their children, adapting their individual needs and all along keeping safety in the forefront of your mind?
Someone who does not know everything already and is willing to learn from us.
We are a lovely crew of 13 and it's essential that you are able to integrate into our family very well.
The majority of the crew are into sports, and we would like someone who is like-minded and keeping fit.
As well as your up-to-date STCW and ENG1, you MUST hold the following to be considered for the position: Minimum NWR, Yacht Rating or equivalent PDSD It would be advantageous, but not essential, if you hold any of the following: Yacht master PWCI Experienced Video Editor Experienced Drone pilot The position is open to males only due to our cabin arrangements, and the salary is DOE.
