The position is a full-time role with a full salary for the entire year.The owner is the captain of the vessel. In addition to you, there is a cook stewardess who also takes care of the interior.You will be responsible for the deck area and assist as a stewardess when required. You will share some tasks by arrangement.Your tasks will include:The entire deck area including line handlingCleaning and maintenance of the shipManagement of repair and maintenance appointmentsIt is desirable, but not obligatory, to live on board. If you do not live on board, you must live within an acceptable distance from the harbour (Palma), be mobile, and able to respond quickly when needed.In the low season, when the workload is naturally much lower, we will still pay you your full salary. In return, we expect maximum commitment and a forward-looking view of the family's needs during the high season.
