Dealership Support Agent - SwedishDo you have experience in customer service through Contact Centers and are you ready to face new challenges?This is your role at MSX!Our Dealer Support Agent will support the dealer network in sales distribution processes, ensuring the quality of the services provided through different channels (email, telephone, etc).Responsibilities of Dealer Support Agents:Supporting the dealer network in all processes related to vehicle distribution (OTD: OrderToDelivery):Vehicle ordering, transport and registration queries.Vehicle delivery, appointment management and documentation.Remarketing and fleet support activities.We look for you if:You are a native/bilingual Swedish speaker and you also have intermediate English language knowledge.You have extensive knowledge and experience of the customer service sector.Experience in order support, sales support, or fleet support.Have experience in using ticketing systems and MS Office.You are a team player and you want to contribute to the positive development of the team.What do we offer you?Full-time indefinite contract. 40 hours a week, Monday – Friday.You will be part of a great team of professionals in an internationally consolidated company.You will acquire a global vision of the automotive sector, relating to customers, suppliers, consultants and dealers.MSX Bazaar: Shopping portal exclusive for MSX employees.23 days of Vacations + 3 extra days.Internal training plan.Do you think you are the ideal person for this position?
