Dealer Support Agent Dutch

We are looking for a Dealer Support Agent who is fluent in , Dutch, English for a hybrid role in Madrid The responsibilities include: Support the dealer network in all processes related to vehicle sales (OTD: Order to Delivery), including vehicle ordering, transport, and registration requests.
Manage vehicle delivery, appointment scheduling, and documentation.
Handle remarketing and fleet management tasks.
Manage and qualify leads to identify high-potential customers.
Achieve set goals for converting leads into sales.
Daily contact with potential customers through various communication channels (calls, emails, chats, etc.).
Identify customer needs and propose ad-hoc solutions that add value to the sales process.
Update data in the CRM.
We offer an annual salary of 24,000 euros and a permanent full-time contract with a 40-hour work week.
