Reports to: Director, Deal Pricing – Finance
Location: Spain, Portugal or Romania
Role Purpose
The key goal is ensuring that Colt's commercial propositions reflect an advanced appreciation of the commercial environment and maximize the opportunity for the business. This position is aimed at medium complexity sales opportunities providing support to higher complexity ones and having an impact on contributing to the implementation of strategic plans to support and achieve business goals.
Key Accountabilities

Act as the lead Go-To-Market Pricing analyst for undertaking medium/high complexity financial analysis for all countries and for Colt's voice and data products.
Maintain, contribute and deliver competitive market focused pricing, maximizing revenues and margin.
Work in a highly collaborative manner towards the development and implementation of processes & tools.
Ensure adherence to pricing governance as per Colt policies.
Ensure all approved bids and deal pricing requests are thoroughly costed and competitively priced within the required timescales.
Act as a primary source for commercial expertise through an extensive understanding of Colt products, markets and competitors.
Check and verify the opportunities proposed, ensuring that all opportunities are evaluated, with due consideration for Colt's risk and adherence to deal governance.
Support the implementation of Colt's pricing strategy.
Communicate to key internal stakeholders and across functions in support of the Sales process.
Assess commercial risks for Colt on opportunities and ensure governance.

Role Specific Requirements

Fluency in English required and French would be desirable.
Good exposure to pricing or commercial finance in the Telecom/IT sector.
Demonstrable experience on deal pricing working across functional disciplines to achieve project success.
A good technical understanding of telecoms technology, the competitive environment and where Colt is positioned would be desirable.
Proficient with numbers and strong Excel modeling skills.
Excellent communication and presentation skills with experience liaising with sales teams and presenting to senior management.
Customer focused and commercially astute in order to support teams during negotiations.
Able to quickly establish credibility and rapport with sales & business staff and to form teams across organizational boundaries.
Initiative to increase knowledge base and actively contribute to team knowledge sharing.
Adept at working in a fast moving and multicultural environment.
Positive professional attitude, ability to work independently, under pressure and across organizational boundaries.
CA/CF/MBA or formal education in business or numerate discipline or equivalent.
