This position is aimed at medium complexity sales opportunities providing support to higher complexity ones and having an impact contributing to the implementation of strategic plans to support and achieve business goals.Key accountabilitiesAct as the lead Go-To-Market Pricing analyst for undertaking medium/high complexity financial analysis for all countries and for Colt's voice and data productsMaintain, contribute and deliver competitive market focused pricing, maximizing revenues and marginWork in a highly collaborative manner towards the development and implementation of processes & toolsEnsure adherence to pricing governance as per Colt policiesEnsure all approved bids and deal pricing requests are thoroughly costed and competitively priced within the required timescalesAct as a primary source for commercial expertise through an extensive understanding of Colt products, markets and competitorsCheck and verify the opportunities proposed, ensuring that all opportunities are evaluated, with due consideration for Colt's risk and adherence to deal governanceSupport the implementation of Colt's pricing strategyCommunicate to key internal stakeholders and across functions in support of the Sales processAssess commercial risks for Colt on opportunities and ensure governanceRole specific requirementsFluency in English required and French would be desirableGood exposure to pricing or commercial finance in Telecom/IT sectorDemonstrable experience on deal pricing working across functional disciplines to achieve project successA good technical understanding of telecoms technology, the competitive environment and where Colt is positioned would be desirableProficient with numbers and strong excel modelling skillsExcellent communication and presentation skills with experience liaising with sales teams and presenting to senior managementCustomer focused and commercially astute in order to support teams during negotiationsAble to quickly establish credibility and rapport with sales & business staff and to form teams across organisational boundariesInitiative to increase knowledge base and actively contribute to team knowledge sharingAdept at working in a fast moving and multicultural environmentPositive professional attitude, ability to work independently, under pressure and across organisational boundariesCA/CF/MBA or Formal education in business or numerate discipline or equivalentWhat we offerIn addition to offering competitive salaries and incentive plans, a range of benefits and local rewards packages are offered to staff.
