About the role: Clutch is looking for a Deal Coordinator to join our Deal and Funding Operations team! You are perfect for this role if you're ready to join a team that is fast-paced, growing exponentially, and not afraid to build out processes while working very closely with a centralized Sales Team. This role requires great attention to detail and a general understanding of Bill of Sale creation and Finance Applications. But don't worry, if you need some training, we got you with our ClutchUniversity training modules! What you'll do: Work behind the scenes of our sales operation, driving efficiency improvements with our centralized Sales Team. Creating, auditing, and owning all delivery specific paperwork (Bills of Sale, Financing Documents, Certificates) to ensure a smooth delivery and funding process. Using RoutOne and First Canadian to create all associated documents for every deal. Tracking and creating metrics to give insight to multiple stakeholders on the status of all deals. Keep meticulous and detailed records of all the deals via AirTable. Have full autonomy to build out processes that increase efficiencies and streamline processes within the Deal and Funding Operations team. Minimum Requirements: 1-2 years of experience in administrative, account management, or sales roles. Previous experience working with vehicle sales documentation.
