Job DescriptionIn this role, you will partner directly with AGS Recruiters and hiring managers for their hiring needs. Working collaboratively with the Recruitment Sourcing Specialists and Recruitment Coordinators located in our recruitment delivery centers, you will ensure that we build talent pools to meet future hiring demand and build the brand presence of the client in the target market.
Your duties may include, but are not limited to:
Undertaking recruitment activities with a focus on direct sourcingBuilding and maintaining effective talent pools to stay ahead of market trends for key skill sets across the client's recruitment portfolioUnderstanding the recruitment delivery process and carrying out activities accordingly to ensure that account KPIs are metCommunicating recruitment trends and market intelligence and acting as a Talent Advisor to hiring managersManaging requisitions through accurate documentation of all recruitment-related data and information as per current recruitment legislation and agreed client process at all timesProviding recruitment guidance and advice to the Recruitment Sourcing Specialists and Recruitment Coordinators located in the Recruitment Delivery CentreMonitoring and analysing recruitment activity of designated business area for accurate volume forecastingCoaching candidates on how to prepare for selection stagesProviding professional advice and open and honest feedback to candidates in a timely manner and in accordance with recruitment best practiceUtilising specialist market knowledge to assist with the development and ongoing management of pre-qualified Talent Pools in collaboration with the Recruitment Sourcing Specialist Qualifications Requirements:Professionally bilingual in Spanish and EnglishPrior experience in end to end recruitment within the staffing industry or Corporate HR, preferably with a global organization.Experience in Beauty, Cosmetics, FMCG considered an asset
