And we are building more!The PositionWe are seeking an experienced, curious, and highly analytical Pricing Analyst to join our innovative team. In this role, you will leverage your knowledge of the airline pricing practice along with commercial acumen and analytical modeling skills to provide analytical insights and data-backed recommendations to support initiatives across multiple use cases. You will work closely with the Customer Success and Product Operations functions to identify and synthesize new opportunities of growth and value-creation through Longtail, along with providing diagnoses and insights on initiatives to maximize the value delivery to existing airline partners.In This Role, you'llClosely monitor and diagnose revenue performance and operational impact for existing airline partners, across a variety of granular and aggregate views, to steer and maximize opportunities within existing relationships.Provide analysis-based guidance and recommendations to Customer Success and Operations Management functions on initiatives and opportunities to increase revenue delivery through Longtail, on currently managed or prospect OD markets. These could include updates on input data, changes in configuration parameters, algorithms at use, changes in inventory management or retailing rules.Monitor and validate accurate retailing of the fare and itinerary products generated by Longtail, across all markets managed through the platform.Conceive, design, and set up dashboards and visualization on various performance metrics, including platform-related operations, revenue impact, and market-level opportunities for Longtail.Provide support to Customer Success in investigating platform scenarios and responding to customer queries, including explainability of platform operations and algorithms, fare levels, and routings, to provide accurate and transparent communication around Longtail's operations and performance impact.Devise metrics and performance indicators to support value creation story-telling, to continuously demonstrate the value-adding capabilities of Longtail.Prepare slide decks to communicate various analyses, including opportunity packages on the acquisition of new markets to be managed through Longtail, performance impact on currently-managed markets, amongst others.Support internal teams on various ad-hoc analyses, providing a finished product with minimal guidance
