Associate Warehouse Order Picking & Shipping Minimum Requirements:
High School Diploma or equivalent combined education and experience.
Minimum of 6 months of relevant work experience.
Strong communication and organizational skills.
Ability to handle physical demands of the job such as standing for extended periods, pushing, pulling, and bending down to reach components.
Good attendance and ability to work overtime.
Ability to perform simple math.
Ability to read BOMs (Bills of Materials), identify warehouse locations, read component part numbers, and match component part numbers/quantities to a BOM.
Meet order picking performance goals with respect to accuracy and cycle time.
Work effectively with people in a cross-functional environment.
Familiarity with product styles, and/or golf components preferred.
Familiarity with Warehouse Management (WMS) and shipping systems preferred.
Ability to learn and use spreadsheet and database tools preferred.
The hiring range base pay for this position is $ per hour + Bonus + Benefits (Benefit Summary Corporate). Pay may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience.
