Project Manager Advance Manufacturing Engineering What you will do The person selected may work on a variety of different types of projects, ranging from simple tasks like organizing production, machines, supplies to more complex endeavors such as building new facilities or implementing new technology systems. Regardless of the project at hand, their goal is always the same: to ensure that projects run smoothly and efficiently while meeting all relevant deadlines and quality standards.
How you will do it Developing an overall project plan based on company policies and procedures, including identifying milestones and deadlines Coordinating with other team members to make sure that all aspects of the project are completed on time Managing the project budget by monitoring expenditures to ensure costs stay within the allotted amount Managing the project schedule to ensure that milestones are met and deadlines are not missed Creating reports about project status and progress for upper management, including updates on issues that have been identified Managing project team members to ensure that they are working effectively together and that they meet their deadlines Reviewing project plans to determine feasibility, scope of work required, and potential risks involved Overseeing all aspects of a project, from planning through completion to ensure that it meets requirements and objectives Managing the project team to ensure that they are meeting deadlines and achieving goals while adhering to standards of quality What we are looking for Engineering Degree (Industrial, Mechanical or Electronic) + Master Min 10 years similar experience Experience in international companies with matrixial organization Lean Manufacturing Experience Industry 4.0 Knowledge will be welcome Experience in Automotive sector will be a plus, as well as experiences dealing with complex projects with press machines, heat exchanges, pipes, plastic injection or similar machinery English Fluent What we offer Johnson Control offers an interesting compensation package according to your qualification and experience.
