Shape the future of fragrances for consumer brands in Spain with dsm-firmenich. As a Marketing Manager with strategic thinking, you'll connect market trends and brand strategies with dsm-firmenich's value proposal to identify new business opportunities. Working in cross-functional collaboration, you will have a key role in developing impactful presentations highlighting our unique value proposition, propelling our brands to the forefront of the industry.

Your key responsibilitiesDevelop a strong cross-category expertise of the local market and trends and their evolutions, feeding the team through the defined channels about new business opportunities or potential white spaces.Know the strategic local players, brands, clients portfolios, and novelties for the country to identify rising stars.Develop continuous knowledge of dsm-firmenich's value proposal and existing material, including proactive initiatives by category, to maximize client engagement and business opportunities creation.Contribute to and understand the Regional Consumers Brands European strategy to execute it locally through the deployment of relevant proactive initiatives for the market.Design material for defined European proactive initiatives.Deliver impactful presentations to respond to briefs using the right dsm-firmenich value proposal customized for clients.Monitor local product & fragrance databases to feed dsm-firmenich tools.Identify new clients to pursue in the Spanish market and open doors for business development.Work closely with Sales, FDM, Consumer Insights, Regional Consumer Brands Europe Marketing team, Global Marketing, and the Regional Consumer Brands team located in Spain.We bringA rich history and a promising future of bold scientific innovation and passionate creation with our customers.A space to grow by encouraging and supporting curiosity and an open mindset.A culture that prioritizes safety and well-being, both physically and mentally.The opportunity to work for a company where sustainability is core to our strategy and purpose.A flexible work environment that empowers people to take accountability for their work and own the outcome.You bring6 to 8 years' experience in Marketing in the F&F Industry or in Home Care (Laundry or Surface Care) or Personal Care (Beauty) industry with close interactions with perfume houses.Demonstrated experience and solid expertise within categories, brands, clients, and market dynamics.Excellent oral, written, and presentation skills in Spanish and English, with the ability to make the complex understandable and actionable.Good leadership and drive skills.Structured and strategic thinking.Engaged, can-do attitude and proactive spirit.Teamwork-oriented with a fast learning ability to consolidate knowledge internally and with clients.Agile and adaptable to consumer needs.Our recruitment processAre you interested in this role?
