Minimum QualificationsMinimum 5 years of people management experience with direct reports as their performance managerIn-depth knowledge and experience of change, problem, incident management and literacy in security and customer data protectionDemonstrated communication skill in presentation, open discussion, team coachingFinancial understanding in annual budgeting, Capex and Opex conceptsProject Management skillPreferred QualificationsKnowledge of data center MEP Infrastructure: Power, Cooling & Facilities ManagementIn-depth knowledge on data center operations, processes and continuous processes improvementExperience in data center Safety and Security measuresKnowledge of data center server capacity planningITIL Foundation, PMP, Lean, Six Sigma and/or Risk related certificationsData Center related certification - CDCP/S/E, CDCMP/TPLinux certification and/or administration experience - RHCSA/RHCE, LPIC, Linux+
