Job DescriptionAdvice and Structuring on ESG Bonds Frameworks for Corporates, SSAs, and Financial Institutions.Pitch Issuers in coordination with DCM team, advising on their sustainable financing strategy, Bond Framework, ESG rating, and bonds' use of proceeds.Manage the end-to-end ESG bond issuance process, ensuring alignment with market standards.Closely follow ESG regulation and guidelines: European GBS and EU Taxonomy, ICMA principles, CSRD, Bank Capital regulation, etc.Follow market initiatives and associations to adapt their guidance and standards to relevant corporate sectors: CBI, SBTI, NZBA, EBA.Active member of the ESG community, participating in Sustainable Finance associations, industry forums, and events.Engage with issuers, investors, and other stakeholders.Academic background and Experience:Academic background in Economy, Finance, or Engineering is desirable.Senior professional with a minimum of 10 years of experience in Sustainable Finance, either in an investment bank, rating agency, or asset manager.Expertise in Bonds capital markets with a lengthy track record as an ESG bonds expert.Detailed knowledge of EU regulation on ESG bonds and wider ESG regulation on reporting, capital, and risk management.Knowledge of ESG ratings' methodologies and agencies.Knowledge of impact reporting and measurement methodologies.CFA ESG investing and similar certificates will be valued.Language skills:English and Spanish necessary.French or any additional language highly valued.Soft skills:Excellent communication skills to establish relationships with issuers, investors, industry networks, and stakeholders.Opinion Maker and leadership.Strong analytical skills to assess projects and investments from a sustainability perspective.Ability to work as a team player.This position will require the candidate to have a valid Mifid certification. In case the candidate is not certified, they will have to obtain the pertaining certification upon incorporation to the role.
