Provide a first-class service for the Eaton installed base products to ensure maximum customer satisfaction and loyalty. Responsible for installation, commissioning, fault finding, and repairs. Offer support to the extended EMEA Service community through high-level technical knowledge and experience in the field.What you'll do:Responsible for overseeing Data centre commissioning, on behalf of Eaton Field Service in local service unit & as well as within the cluster or EMEA level, if required.Provide the highest level of technical expertise in all Hyperscale commissioning activities.Support and train Local Field Service Engineers in such activities.Onboard, coach and mentor new Field Service Engineers that join Eaton.Manage key account technical escalations providing support including site visits, to engineers and customers alike, drive escalations to conclusion and provide feedback where necessary.Work closely with Project Managers, advising on commissioning considerations and assisting on selection of suitable engineers, carry out site visits as required.Assist Project Management Organization with support of high profile clients, providing technical advice and attending site visits as required.Maintain direct links with business units (factories) and act as focal point for all technical exchange regarding the commissioning procedures and testing.Manage subcontractor teams where required.Perform Health & Safety audits of Field Service Engineer and subcontractors ensuring the high standards required by EATON are maintained.Qualifications:Installer electrical background, suitable education/qualifications.5-7+ years of working with UPS, experience in Data Centers.Skills:Three phase electrical installation and commissioning experience essential.Working knowledge of industrial communication protocols such as Modbus, SNMP, OPC, DDE, TCP/IP an advantage.Programming of PLC control systems (Power Control, Generator Control, SCADA, or process control) an advantage.Good understanding of switch panels and power distribution.Fluent English.High mobility within the hiring cluster and EMEA level, if requested.What we Offer:Competitive benefits package.Challenging projects in a dynamic collaborative team.Wellness - Wellness at Eaton is more than a program, it's about changing the environment by offering.Eaton employees are participating in our Flexible Work Solutions program.Great promotional opportunities – Eaton encourages internal promotion, whenever possible.We are committed to ensuring equal employment opportunities for job applicants and employees
