Position OverviewAutodesk is seeking a dynamic, high-energy Digital Sales Manager with sound business acumen, natural sales instincts, and strong ethical values to lead our office-based Digital Sales team. Your primary focus will be on leading, coaching, and developing your team to over-achieve sales targets, excel in customer satisfaction, and reach new heights of professional development.
ResponsibilitiesHire, train, and motivate a team of Digital Sales Representatives.Achieve and exceed quarterly targets of closed business, qualified opportunities, and pipeline.Motivate individuals and the team to exceed their sales objectives through deal coaching, sales skills, product skills training, and regular communication of results.Ensure collaboration between Digital Sales Reps and Territory Sales is successful.Work closely with Marketing to build campaigns that ensure lead quality and quantity with proper closed-loop metric reporting.Regularly report on team and individual results: pipeline, conversion rates, and billings attainment.Work closely with internal sales operations stakeholders on reporting and analysis. Identify and make recommendations for improvement in sales productivity.Continuously develop your Reps into sales-ready professionals for the next step in their careers.Align with Marketing, Digital E-Commerce, and Sales operations to redesign customer pathways and thereby grow territory numbers.Minimum QualificationsProven experience in successfully managing people to achieve performance goals within an inbound and outbound office-based sales team.Outstanding communication, organizational, and time management skills.Prior inside sales experience a plus with a strong desire to be in technology sales.Strong metrics and analytical orientation.Excellent written and verbal communication skills.Strong problem-solving skills.Drive to continually improve your sales skills through on-the-job coaching, self-learning, and as defined by Autodesk sales career progression framework.Be visionary, open-minded, and adaptive in your leadership approach.Fluency in English and German/Swedish or Dutch.About AutodeskWith Autodesk software, you have the power to Make Anything.
