As we continue growing at a fast pace, will you "Dare to Grow" with us?YOUR ROLEWould you like to support the Infrastructure Resources Management and provide Orchestra support to the Infrastructure team?If so, we have the opportunity to join our team as IT PMO Analyst in our global IT department at CEVA Logistics.This role is open in France, Spain, Italy, or Poland.WHAT ARE YOU GOING TO DO?You will assist PMO in all matters related to Infrastructure resources and projectsInfrastructure Resources Management:Onboarding / Offboarding of the resources' access to the CEVA Project Management tool (Orchestra)Train and support the resources in using OrchestraTrack and monitor the resources' timesheet submission and approvalManage the resources' time availability against the pipeline & demandsResponsible for accounting resource utilizationSupport Finance on the resources hours cross-chargingInfrastructure Projects Governance & SupportProvide support to program directors and project managers on new project onboarding to OrchestraMonitor that the project managers adhere to CEVA Project methodology (CPM) and policy.Perform regular checks on the projects' updates and follow up with the project managers immediatelyResponsible for alerting project non-compliance to CPM and PolicyResponsible for ensuring projects' data quality in OrchestraConduct project audit and project phase gate reviewsYou provide Orchestra administrative support within the Infrastructure teamYou will present Infrastructure PMO on Global PMO and other COE PMOs discussion and activitiesWHAT ARE WE LOOKING FOR?You have +- 3 years of project administrative duties or equivalentYou have good Knowledge of a project delivery cycle
