Amazon's Pay-on-behalf compliance service helps Sellers fulfill their environmental compliance obligations under Extended Producer Responsibility (EPR) laws in the EU, and keep selling on Amazon.
EPR is an environmental policy that makes Sellers who first place a product subject to EPR requirements in a country responsible for the entire life cycle of the products that they introduce on the market, from their design until the end of life.
As a Program Manager on the team, you will lead high-impact programs that will enable the smooth functioning of the Pay-on-behalf product and service and you will closely work with product, tech, compliance, legal, and operational teams.
The ideal candidate is passionate about Seller Experience, data and detail-oriented, able to prioritize multiple deliverables, collaborative, and has excellent business acumen and business communication skills.
Key job responsibilities: Ensure smooth running of EPR reporting cycles, working closely with legal and compliance to ensure Amazon meets reporting obligations.Work closely with the product team and key stakeholders to conceptualize and implement key features and processes for improving seller experience and achieving business goals.Actively seek ways to improve product-related process efficiencies and effectiveness.Proactively identify gaps or blockers to seller experience, propose solutions, and drive implementation across partner teams.Communicate updates on key strategic programs and metrics to leaders and stakeholders. Preferred qualifications: Master's degree or equivalent experience.Business Analytics / SQL experience.Experience in designing, implementing, and managing operations of technical products or online services.
