The activity of Eranovum is focused on the investment, development, construction, and operation of solar photovoltaic plants and electric vehicle charging infrastructure. Since its foundation in 2019, the company has managed the development and construction of renewable energy projects in Spain, with an installed power that exceeds 400MW, translated into more than 350M€ in investment. This infrastructure will generate enough green energy to power 250,000 households. Eranovum, through its affiliate, Eranovum e-mobility, is developing and operating a network of electric vehicle charging infrastructure in Spain, where clean energy will be supplied to EV drivers. This will contribute to the development of a more sustainable urban mobility.
Eranovum e-mobility has the objective to install more than 5000 charging points in the next few years. The company has a fantastic opportunity for an E-Mobility Operations Manager looking to join an expanding and dynamic renewable energy company.
Responsibilities and DutiesThe Operations Manager, in coordination with the PMs and reporting to the Operations Director, will be responsible for supporting the team once the projects are built, during the whole operational phase. Responsibilities include:
Support the commissioning of the EV projects, coordinating the commissioning team and contractors.Coordinate maintenance and operations of all EV charging infrastructure.Maintain close communication with the construction and business development team upon charging station commissioning.Manage all incidences raised in the Operational platform, both technical or user-raised.Create internal handbooks and procedures regarding operations and incidence solving.Coordinate our field technicians to solve incidences remotely or on-site.Report to the management on operations' status and KPIs.Improve the performance of the network using technical analysis tools, industry best practices, and standards.Contribute to the continuous improvement of platform functionalities with direct contact with the development team.Skills and QualificationsUniversity degree qualification in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or other related Engineering fields.2+ years experience in project engineering/on-site of urban electrical installations is desired.Knowledge of National Electrical Code, EV charging infrastructure, permitting, will be highly valued.Strong communication skills, self-motivated, and demonstrated problem-solving capability.Result-oriented with excellent presentation skills.Ability to handle pressure and meet deadlines with good reporting skills.Flexibility to travel to project sites in various locations around the country.Ability to communicate proficiently in English and Spanish.Proficient Excel user.Driving License required.What We OfferThe opportunity to join a fast-growing company in an exciting sector with a highly motivated team and being part of that growth.
