Datacenter Manager

Asobbi are working with a rapidly expanding data center services provider, looking for a Data Centre Manager to support its growing operations in Europe and beyond.
This role is critical in ensuring the reliable operation of essential systems, maintaining high performance standards, and addressing both preventative maintenance and emergency situations.Key Responsibilities:Manage Service Level Agreements (SLA) to ensure 100% uptime across all relevant metrics (temperature, humidity, power, PUE/WUE).Oversee safe, efficient, and high-quality delivery of planned maintenance using qualified contractors or vendors.Ensure operations management is fully briefed on planned and corrective tasks occurring at the site.Coordinate and implement customer work requests promptly, keeping the customer and operations team informed throughout the process.Develop maintenance plans for electrical systems, coordinating approvals with the operations team.Prepare and submit detailed methods of procedures for planned tasks.Organize and oversee testing of all mission-critical equipment at the facility.Ensure all contractor/vendor work is properly logged and conducted according to the approved methods of procedure.Respond quickly to alarms, critical situations, and emergencies, ensuring clear communication and adherence to emergency protocols.Identify opportunities to improve efficiency and reduce costs without compromising quality or uptime.Monitor and improve energy efficiency while ensuring operational continuity.Ensure all completed work is documented accurately in line with company processes.Promote teamwork and effective collaboration within the organization.Ensure safety protocols are strictly followed and address any safety concerns immediately.
