What makes you a good fit for this role: Graduation in any stream Professional Experience: 2 to 3 Years SQL Server/RDBMS minimum experience of 2 Years Skills we are looking for: Deep understanding of database design principles Experience with data modeling Proficiency in writing complex queries Database Design & Concepts T-SQL Sets & Joins Working experience with T-SQL developing Stored procedures, Views, Triggers, UDF (User defined Functions), constraints etc. Error Handling Basic knowledge of Transactions Basic understanding of DevOps will be good to have Experience in Database CI/CD will be an advantage Roles and Responsibilities Self-driven, reliable, and determined team player Designing, developing, and maintaining databases Writing complex SQL queries for data retrieval and manipulation Responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining efficient databases and ensuring their stability, reliability, and performance Troubleshooting and resolving database-related issues Collaborating with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and implement solutions Creating and maintaining database documentation Strong, clear, and concise written and verbal communication skills Positive attitude and a "Can-do" approach Able to plan and manage own workload within multiple projects, delivering results within agreed deadlines & standards Ability to drive change through persuasion and consensus; good analytical skills Eagerness to share knowledge and willingness to help in times of crisis Why join us?
