Our tech stack - Work with cutting-edge technologies We are using the latest technologies, ensuring our team works on innovative and challenging projects: JavaScript, ReactJS, TypeScript with NodeJS, Python and Golang on the backend. Your mission: We are looking for an experienced Database Administration (DBA) Team Lead to lead a talented team of DBAs and ensure the optimal performance, security, and scalability of our database systems. This role will involve close collaboration with development and DevOps teams to plan and execute database strategies that support our high-load, high-availability infrastructure. You will take ownership of database operations, performance tuning, incident management, and the development of fault-tolerant solutions. Responsibilities: Lead and manage the DBA team, overseeing work planning, resource allocation, and team performance. Collaborate with development teams and business departments to understand database requirements and ensure their successful implementation. Administer, optimise, and maintain PostgreSQL, MongoDB, Redis, MySQL and ClickHouse databases. Ensure the security and high availability of all databases, implementing backup, replication, and failover strategies. Manage and resolve database-related incidents, ensuring minimal downtime and quick recovery. Conduct regular performance tuning and optimisation efforts to identify and address bottlenecks in database operations. Design, develop, and automate fault-tolerant, high-load database solutions based on PostgreSQL, MongoDB, and Redis
