Key Responsibilities... Develop and implement statistical models, machine learning algorithms, and other advanced analytics to identify trends, predict outcomes, and uncover business opportunities. Play a key role in designing, owning, and implementing our data strategy as part of the data team, ensuring that data is effectively leveraged across the company to inform prioritization and strategic initiatives. Analyze large datasets from various sources, uncover patterns, and deliver actionable insights that inform product decisions and business strategies. Partner with Product, Engineering, and Data Analysts to translate complex data findings into strategic recommendations that help prioritize product development and operational improvements. Proactively develop insights and models to forecast trends, improve operational efficiency, and influence strategic direction. Communicate findings through clear visualizations, reports, and presentations tailored to both technical and non-technical stakeholders. Experience & Qualifications... 3+ years of experience in data science, with a focus on applying machine learning, predictive modeling, and statistical analysis to real-world problems. Proven experience designing and conducting A/B testing and experiments to optimize product features and validate business decisions. Strong proficiency in programming languages such as Python (required) and Node.Js (preferred) for data manipulation, analysis, and model development
