We are looking for a data scientist with more than 3 years of experience to join the Maternal and Fetal Medicine Group of Vall d´Hebron Institute for Research (VHIR). The main duties will be to coordinate and lead the data of research projects focused on Perinatal Mental Health as well to monitor the data and coordinate with several researchers. We are building a multidisciplinary research group in digital technology to improve the detection of mental health disorders during pregnancy and postpartum. Education and qualifications: Required: Bachelor's Degree in Engineering Desired: Fluency in Spanish and Catalan International expertise Experience and knowledge: Required: Experience of more than 3 years in the data field Desired: Knowledge of pregnancy complications and maternal mental health Experience in research Interest in women´s health research Main responsibilities and duties: To lead and coordinate science data projects, assuring quality and efficacy in the data flow and data accuracy, Supervise the design, development and maintenance of the security of the databases Coordinate with the VHIR Statistics and Bioinformatics Unit for data analysis and maintenance. Collaborate in regular multidisciplinary research teams, including attending to meetings, coordination with the different scientists and doctors of participants recruited. To supervise researchers in the data, promoting the professional development and innovation. Labour conditions: Part-time position: 16h/week.
