What will you bring to the team?The Intelligence Unit of the Business Operations team seeks a Data Scientist with strong analytical and communication skills to join our team. We develop algorithms that involve learning from core systems, such as HCM, ERP, ATS, CRM, internal products, and Staffing Systems, in order to generate and improve existing data models.
Your Day-to-DayOn a typical day, you will work closely with talented data analysts, data engineers, software engineers, and business groups. As a leader within the AI Engineering Team, you will be deeply involved in every aspect of the AI project development process, from ideation and building proofs of concept to production launch and ongoing development. You will lead the team, ensuring our data science initiatives deliver high-quality AI solutions on time and within budget.
Major responsibilities include:
Lead a team of data scientists to construct and maintain robust AI/ML pipelines, coordinating with vendors for cutting-edge technologies.Translate business requirements into technical solutions, working with stakeholders across the company.Facilitate close collaboration within the AI Engineering Team to integrate ML models into our systems, covering pre-processing, fine-tuning, and deployment.Lead the analysis and refinement of large datasets to enhance reusable models, demonstrating analytical expertise and strategic insight.Drive efforts to optimize ML model performance through in-depth data analysis and validation in real-world applications.Spearhead NLP modeling and algorithm development, showcasing leadership in innovation.Develop data enrichment pipelines aligned with strategic objectives, delivering tangible value.Stay updated on advancements in ML, NLP, and IR technology, incorporating emerging trends for continuous improvement.Provide mentorship and guidance to foster collaboration and professional development within the AI Engineering Team.Minimum QualificationsBachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Data Science, or a related STEM field.Proven track record of leadership and technical expertise within the field of machine AI, ML or data science, with at least 3 years of leadership experience.Proficiency in Python and/or other high-level programming languages commonly used in machine learning.Proven experience with ML and NLP frameworks and libraries (e.g. PyTorch, HuggingFace, LangChain, spaCy, NLTK, scikit-learn, etc.).Demonstrated expertise in information retrieval, utilizing NLU techniques for structured data extraction.Experience with LLMs APIs, including pre-processing and deployment on cloud-based infrastructure.Proficiency in Git for collaborative project development and version control.Proficiency in cloud-based infrastructure and managing large datasets.Familiarity with software engineering best practices, ensuring the development of secure, scalable, and efficient production systems.Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams.#AllAreWelcomeHereWizeline creates and fosters a diverse, inclusive, and harassment-free workplace where everyone can achieve their potential.
