Based in Palma, Spain, or remotely in Europe, you'll design and develop advanced AI/ML solutions, from discovery to delivery, driving innovation and enhancing our marketplace. In this role you will: Develop and implement AI/ML solutions from design to delivery. Focus on creating advanced machine learning products, optimizing algorithms, and writing production-ready code. Collaborate with stakeholders, lead technical initiatives, and contribute to a culture of continuous improvement. Key Responsibilities. Analyze problems and design AI/ML solutions tailored to business needs. Prototype and advance AI/ML products, including forecasting, price optimization, and generative AI. Write production-ready code and work with engineering teams to implement solutions. Collaborate with technical and non-technical stakeholders, taking on leadership responsibilities. Evangelize best practices in AI/ML development and champion continuous innovation. The skills we would love to see in your suitcase. BSc or higher in Computer Science, Machine Learning, Engineering, Physics, or related field. Experience in developing impactful AI/ML solutions. Proficiency in modern AI/ML techniques and Python; strong understanding ofSQL. Passion for both business value creation and AI/ML techniques. Effective communicator with technical and non-technical audiences in English. Continuous learner, staying updated with recent AI/ML trends and techniques.
