At Preply, we're growing a talented Data Team to empower top-notch decision-making across our organization.
Our team collaborates closely with various other chapters - including product, business, and platform - leveraging analysis, experimentation, causal inference, and machine learning.
As a key player, you'll be embedded in cross-functional teams, partnering with Product Managers, Marketing, Tech Leads, and the Data Strategy team.

What you'll be doing: Develop and implement data frameworks to enhance our organic growth strategies, including SEO, CRM, and Referral programs.
Drive virality and word-of-mouth growth by analyzing user behavior and helping teams capitalize on opportunities where we have high user engagement.
Generate strategic insights to shape top-level roadmaps.
Collaborate with teams to define KPIs for organic growth and maintain dashboards to monitor performance.
Identify trends and opportunities, providing actionable insights to support team initiatives.
Examples of areas you will cover are: Collect, organize and interpret, utilizing statistical and analytical techniques, trends, patterns, and correlations from large SEO data sets (internal and external data).
Analyze cross-channel data, particularly in SEO and SEM, to optimize marketing efficiency and prevent cannibalization.
What you need to succeed: 3-5 years' experience in Data Science/Analysis, focusing on data analytics for business or product growth.
Previous experience in fast-paced Technology or Management Consulting companies.
Proven ability to work with product teams, run AB experiments, and identify product optimization opportunities.
Strong background in quantitative fields (e.G., statistics, mathematics).
Proficient coding skills in SQL and Python.
An outcome-driven approach with a passion for problem-solving and exploring new ideas.
A creative mindset with a proactive attitude, along with stakeholder management and influencing skills.
Fluency in English and eager to work on a global product with a multicultural team.
Nice to have: Experience with CRM tools (e.G., Braze) and referral programs.
Knowledge of SEO and third-party tools (e.G., Google Search Console, Ahrefs, Adwords).
Familiarity with predictive modeling.
Experience in digital businesses (B2B, B2C, B2B2C).
Knowledge of Looker, Amplitude, Snowflake, and growth/retention analytics frameworks
