Overview We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Data Scientist to join our Data & Analytics & AI Team. This role is ideal for individuals who possess a unique blend of technical proficiency, business acumen, and a passion for leveraging data to drive impactful business decisions.

Key Responsibilities: Data Extraction and Analysis: Utilize Python and SQL for data extraction, manipulation, and analysis, with a preference for PySpark knowledge.AI and Machine Learning Solutions: Develop and deploy tailored AI and machine learning solutions to address complex business problems.Documentation and Methodology: Document deployed models, data analytical approaches, and methodologies used.Cross-functional Collaboration: Work closely with various teams to capture, analyze, and incorporate data into the business strategy effectively.Communication and Reporting: Translate complex data concepts into understandable language for non-technical audiences.Continuous Learning: Stay updated on new developments in AI and Data Analysis technologies.Qualifications: Experience: Experience in data analysis or similar roles, with a proven track record of delivering impactful data-driven solutions.
Technical Skills: Proficiency in programming languages such as Python and SQL. Familiarity with ETL processes and Databricks is essential.
Data Visualization: Advanced data visualization skills using tools like Power BI or similar.
Collaboration: Effective team collaboration skills, with experience working in cross-functional teams.
Methodology: Experience with Agile methodology is preferred.
Communication Skills: Strong communication skills, capable of explaining complex data to non-experts.
Education: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, Statistics, Econometrics, or a related field.
AI/GenAI Knowledge: Knowledge of AI/GenAI platforms such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, or GPT-4 is essential.
Cloud Computing: Experience with cloud computing, particularly Azure, is advantageous.
