If you thrive on solving complex problems and are excited about leveraging data to drive strategic decisions, we want to hear from you!Your tasks: Join one of the analytics teams responsible for turning data into services and products for XING's jobs market, used by millions of users.Analyze large datasets to uncover trends, patterns, and insights that drive business decisions.Develop, implement, automate and analyze relevant KPIs and visualize them in reports and dashboards.Develop and implement predictive models to enhance user experience and engagement on XING.Take responsibility for your own projects from conception to implementation.Communicate findings and recommendations to stakeholders in a clear and actionable manner.Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and execute data-driven strategies.Our analytics tech stack : Snowflake, dbt, Tableau, Airflow, Adobe Analytics, AWS.Your skills: An M.
